PAE “Ukraine” is one of the largest industrial farms in the Rivne region, aiming to develop Ukraine’s dairy industry by creating and supporting a network of family dairy farms. We strive to improve the standard of living for rural populations by ensuring the production of high-quality milk and providing veterinary, zootechnical, legal, and accounting services, and other comprehensive support to farmers.

The Ethics and Business Conduct Policy of PSP “Ukraine” establishes the fundamental principles that regulate employee behavior and company activities. Its purpose is to maintain high ethical standards, ensure compliance with legislation, and create a positive image of the company in the market.
3.2. Scope
This Policy applies to all company employees, regardless of their position, as well as to contractors, suppliers, and partners. Compliance with the Policy’s provisions is mandatory in all aspects of professional activities.
